Rodriguez's Unique Fashion Week Accessory

Actress Michelle Rodriguez chose to a new approach to accessorizing Monday at the Marc Jacobs fashion show during New York's fashion week.

The former "Lost" star wore a clunky black band around her ankle that monitors alcohol intake, according to her publicist.

Rodriguez's rep, Marcel Pariseau, says the actress can wear the device whenever she wants and that she chose to wear it on Monday.

He added that the court has ordered her to wear it for 90 days and that she has 20 more days to go.

2Rodriguez, 28, who was arrested for driving under the influence last year and was sentenced to 60 days in jail in May, sat front row at the fashion show wearing a creamy strapless frock.

The word "Orwell" was written on the front of the band in white letters.

Blondie front-woman Debbie Harry sat next to the actress at the show and could be seen glancing at her as she posed for photos.

Pariseau told The ShowBuzz on Tuesday that Rodriguez "is following what the court has asked her to do."

"American Idol" runner-up Katharine McPhee, singers Joss Stone, Harry Connick Jr., and Rod Stewart were among the celebrities who sat front row at the show on Monday.
