Rebecca Romijn to Guest Star on Husband's New Show?

NEW YORK (CBS) Rebecca Romijn, the "Ugly Betty" star and mother of twins, is reportedly being considered for a a guest spot on her husband's new show, "The Defenders."

According to TV.com, both she and actor Dan Ackroyd are being considered for guest spots on the new CBS Las Vegas-set legal drama, starring James Belushi and Romijn's husband, Jerry O'Connell.

The soon-to-be 38-year-old former model broke into big-screen fame as the shape-shifting Mystique in "X-Men" and "X-Men: The Last Stand." Her last TV foray was in "Eastwick," a now-defunct drama about witches.

A drama about a pair of colorful Vegas defense attorneys, "The Defenders" is one of the new shows that has helped CBS dominate in primetime this year. It easily wins its time slot - Wednesdays at 10 p.m. - and has been picked up for a full season.
