Informants

They all did it for different reasons. Some were trying to beat murder raps and stay out of the slammer. Others were outraged at the injustice surrounding them. Still others did it for the team. They were all informants, and they took on the big boys: the Gambinos, the Lucheses, the Scarfos, the Bonannos, and the New York Police Department. Take a look at some of the more famous informants.
