Print Cool-Looking Calendars with Microsoft Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007
Speaking of printed calendars (check out Dave's recent post on reusing calendars from years past), Microsoft shows Outlook users some love with the Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007.
This free download offers a variety of templates for creating hard copies of your calendar -- always a good idea for those times when you're away from your computer, you need an at-a-glance view of your month, or, heaven forbid, your Outlook PST file gets corrupted. (Hey, it happens -- just ask Dave's friend.)
The CPA is not an Outlook plug-in, but rather a standalone program. Once installed, you'll find it in the Start menu under Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Calendar Printing Assistant. I'm still plugging along with Outlook 2003, so I can't put this to the test. How about you? Any Outlook 2007 users care to comment?
