Claire Jones, Prince Charles' official harpist, is among the wedding performers announced this week by Prince William and Kate Middleton.

The Daily Mail reports that Jones will also perform at a lunch reception for 600 guests at Buckingham Palace.

However, the really compelling story - as far as royal harpists go - concerns a previous official harpist to Prince Charles, Jemima Phillips.

Phillips played at Prince Charles' wedding to Camilla Parker Bowles in 2005. In 2009, Phillips was convicted of handling stolen goods and admitted to being a heroin addict while performing her official role.

Jones has performed for Prince William before but tells the Daily Mail she's never met Middleton. The London Chamber Orchestra will also perform at the wedding.
