President Obama's Schedule Today (1/19/10)
In the morning, President Obama will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. Later, the president and Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will hold a group discussion with 6th grade students at Graham Road Elementary School in Falls Church, Va. Mr. Obama will then deliver remarks on his Race to the Top initiative.
After returning to the White House, the president will meet with Sen. George Voinovich, R-Ohio, in the Oval Office. The president and Vice President Biden will have then lunch in the Private Dining Room.
In the afternoon, the president will receive the Economic Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. He will also meet with senior advisers in the Oval Office.
