(CBS) Portugal. The Man played Lollapalooza in Chicago over the weekend. And afterward, the band faced what countless bands on the road have faced: A stolen vehicle, gear and equipment.

In a tweet Monday afternoon, Portugal. The Man writes, "HELP People of Chicago and @Lollapalooza our van & trailer & gear where stolen. Red Ford Van, Black trailer Alaska plates FJH244"
