NEW YORK (CBS) It's not clear exactly what statement Erykah Badu intended to make with her latest video "Window Seat," but she certainly succeeded in getting people to talk about her...and her lady parts.

On her twitter page she says that her intent was to spark a discussion of "groupthink" - whatever that is - but some say it was all a publicity stunt, and a distasteful one at that. Others defend the ends, if not the means, saying that freedom of speech should be protected no matter what that speech is.

The video - for those of you just waking up from a weeklong nap - shows Badu walking through Dealey Plaza in downtown Dallas, where JFK was assassinated in 1963, taking off her clothing as she walks until she is completely nude. She is then "shot" by an unseen gunman near the site where JFK was shot.

Now, Dallas cops have cited her for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor that carries a potential $500 fine.

So, did Badu disgrace JFK's memory and break the law or was she challenging us to think outside the box? GROUPTHINK!
