Police: Man arrested for peeping in Disney restroom
(CBS/WKMG) LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fl. -- A man at Disney World was arrested Thursday for allegedly peeping on a woman and her daughter in an Epcot Center bathroom.
CBS affiliate WKMG reports that 42-year-old Lloyd Miller was previously banned from Disney World in 2000, and was arrested this time near the park's exit after running away from security.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that a woman and her young daughter went to a restroom just after midnight near the ride "Spaceship Earth," when they saw a head duck down from above the stall.
The woman said she went into another stall, but quickly became nervous because it was very quiet in the restroom. "Something didn't feel right," she told police.
Police say she then left, but saw Miller staring at her when she looked behind her. Officers say Miller was attempting to hide by standing over a toilet. "It was an accident," the woman quoted Miller as saying to her.
The report says she yelled at her daughter to run.
The suspect left the restroom moments later, but said he ran away after being confronted by the woman's husband. He ran to the park's exit, but was arrested when he got there, the sheriff said. Miller was arrested on charges of voyeurism, loitering or prowling and trespass after warning.
Miller has a criminal record dating back two decades, with arrests on charges ranging from battery to drugs to prostitution.
