Peaches Geldof is pregnant

(CBS) British TV personality, journalist and model Peaches Geldof is pregnant with her first child. The announcement comes a month after she revealed her engagement to S.C.U.M. rocker Thomas Cohen, according to reports.

"Peaches is utterly thrilled and they have the full support of both of their families who are equally excited for the baby's arrival," said a spokeswoman for the 22-year-old daughter of musician Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates, according to the U.K. Press Association.

Geldof, who has been a subject of British tabloids for her partying, had been married before to Chester French band member Max Drummey. Their secret Las Vegas marriage lasted only six months.

Geldof has written columns for the U.K. edition of "Elle Girl," "The Guardian" and "Nylon" magazine. She has also modeled at London Fashion Week, as well as hosted a show on ITV2 called "OMG! With Peaches Geldof."
