Paris And Diddy And Lindsay? Oh My!

The ShowBuzz's Judy Faber researched and wrote this story.

It sounds like a case of she said, he said, and she said, but there's plenty of chatter about what might have happened between Lindsay Lohan, Sean "Diddy" Combs and Paris Hilton at a private performance by Prince at the New York club Butter last Friday night.

The New York Post's Page Six reports that Lohan got up from her table to "argue" with Hilton over Hilton's ex, Stavros Niarchos, whom Lohan is rumored to be dating.

At that moment, Diddy and his entourage took over seating at Lohan's table faster than commuters finding empty seats on a rush hour train.

Well, it is New York after all.

A witness said that when Lohan came back to the table, she started "mixing it up with Puffy." His bodyguards supposedly ushered her away.

So what exactly was Lohan doing when she left her table? That depends on whom you ask.

Another witness told the New York Daily News that "Lindsay followed Paris into the bathroom. They had a huge fight."

But, Hilton's rep, Elliot Mintz, said that the heiress was in the ladies' room touching up her makeup when Lohan knocked on the door.

"But there was no battle," he said. "Paris has nothing negative to say about Lindsay."

As far as the Lohan-Diddy smackdown, yet another witness said the actress was only kidding when she asked the rap mogul what he was doing at "her table."

"He didn't realize she was joking and then yelled at her and told her to get out," added the source.

Publicists for Lohan and Diddy didn't offer any immediate comment to the Daily News.

Blogger Perez Hilton told TheShowBuzz.com that he didn't post anything on perezhilton.com about the fight yet, because to him, it's old news. He was more interested in blogging about a dance-off between Hilton, Mischa Barton and their respective entourages he witnessed Tuesday.

"Hollywood's so high school and everyone likes to be 'queen bee' so it's fighting over men and fighting over rank and who's the bigger star and who gets more attention," he explained. "There have been so many altercations between Lindsay and Paris the last three weeks. ... I think they're just going to have to wrestle it out."

One event, several points of view.

Maybe they should just change the name of Butter to Club Rashomon.
