The New York Times (NYSE: NYT) Co.: Kate Taylor will be the New York Times Co.‘s first VP of Strategic Planning - Technology. She’ll be “implementing the technology operating strategy across the Times Company.” Taylor had been consulting and before that was Director of Archstone Consulting.

TheWrap.com: Entertainment and media business site TheWrap.com has hired a new VP of Advertising Sales. Victoria Gold has extensive sales experience at companies including Netflix (NSDQ: NFLX) and Variety.

Auditude: The video-ad company bringing in former Right Media executive Mike Gaffney to be the new CRO. Hell be replacing Auditudes current CRO, Brooke Chaffin, who is going to be the companys president. Gaffney, who was previously the VP of business development for Yahoos Publisher Network, will report to Chaffin.

Getfugu Inc.: Michael Jay Solomon, an entertainment industry veteran, is joining the board of the mobile search company, which launches in the fall.
