'Our American Journey'

The Grammy-winning vocal ensemble Chanticleer is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a new album called "Our American Journey." The 12 singing men visited The Early Show to perform "Calling My Children Home," a song from that CD.

In the new CD the group celebrates its roots with a program spanning four centuries of music, from the Mexican Baroque to traditional American Classics and works written expecially for the ensemble.

    Led by Music Director Joseph Jennings, the group has been praised and recognized worldwide for its interpretations of vocal literature. Chanticleer has been recording since 1994.
