One-year-old YouTube star kicks his way to the pros

Baerke van der Meij breaks out his new team's uniform VVV-Venlo
(CBSNews/What's Trending) Baerke van der Meij has signed a 10 year professional contract with his local professional soccer club VVV-Venlo. Did I mention that he's just 18-months-old? Yes, you read that right: 18-months-old.The toddler became an internet sensation when his father filmed him chipping in three balls into a box at home.

The video received over 3 million in the less than two weeks since it was posted and got the attention of the VVV-Venlo, the local professional team in the Netherlands that the toddler's grandfather once played for.

Baerke was in invited for a trial at VVV and impressed the team enough to have them sign him to a 10-year initial contract. The boy celebrated the contract with a glass of orange juice.

I hope he likes his home town: He'll be stuck with that team at least until he's 11.
