NYC woman accused of killing boyfriend with car

NEW YORK Prosecutors say a New York City woman chased her boyfriend down with her car and killed him by pinning him against a brick pillar.

Twenty-one-year-old Dunasha Payne was arraigned Tuesday night in Queens on charges including second-degree murder.

Payne's 26-year-old boyfriend, Kaman Drummond, was killed just before midnight Monday.

Prosecutors said Payne used her car to chase Drummond for several blocks as he was fleeing on foot.

They said she killed him by pinning him against a pillar.

A lawyer for Payne did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Payne was held on $250,000 bail. She is due back in court Friday. She faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
