NY woman stabbed over $20?
(CBS/WCBS) NEW YORK - Kamisha Richards, a 22-year-old woman, was stabbed to death in a New York City housing project Monday night during an argument with her boyfriend's sister over a $20 loan, according to police.
Richards, 22, was found stabbed once in the chest around 10:35 p.m. in a ground floor apartment of the Cypress Public Housing complex, police told CBS affiliate WCBS.
She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Sources tell WCBS that the 18-year-old sister of the victim's boyfriend is being questioned and is expected to be charged in the fatal stabbing.
Friends and relatives said Richards recently lent her boyfriend's sister $20.
Richard's family said she was a recent graduate of John Jay College and worked at JPMorgan Chase.
Richards lived in South Jamaica in Queens, but often stayed at her boyfriend's apartment.
