No Bond For Ohio Frat House Shooting Suspects
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) - Two suspects have been ordered held without bond in a shooting that killed an Ohio college student and wounded 11 other people at a fraternity house party.
The men appeared before a Youngstown Municipal Court judge Tuesday by video hookup from jail. Each is charged with aggravated murder, shooting into a house and 11 counts of felonious assault. No pleas were entered.
Police say the gunfire erupted over an unspecified argument early Sunday at a frat house near Youngstown State University where at least 50 people were gathered for an after-hours party.
Some partygoers say the dispute was over a girl and it had started earlier somewhere else.
