Niki Cloyd May Have Keyed Jack Osbourne's $250,000 Car, But Don't Worry She's Not a Threat
LOS ANGELES (CBS) Niki Cloyd is not a threat to Jack Osbourne according to an L.A. County Superior Court judge, despite having allegedly keyed her former flame's $250,000 Aston Martin, reports TMZ.
The son of rock legend Ozzie Osbourne says that after his ex-girlfriend, Cloyd, keyed his car and destroyed other pieces of his personal property, he decided enough is enough and tried to slap a restraining order on Cloyd Thursday, according to TMZ.
Osbourne claimed that the 24-year-old Cloyd "is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage, and I fear that she intends to do further harm to me or to my property," according to the gossip website.
In court documents, Jack states that aside from the damage done to his car at his Hollywood Hills home, Cloyd "went through my telephone text messages, my private computer files, and flew into a rage, destroying property in my home," says TMZ.
Although Cloyd was identified on surveillance cameras and arrested after the incident, the judge denied his protection request and stated that there was insufficient evidence for a restraining order.
