Nick Cannon posts photo from from hospital bed

Nick Cannon posted a photo from a hospital room on Wednesday, but assured fans not to worry.

The "America's Got Talent" host donned a hat - and a sad face -- in the pic. There's no word on what exactly sent Cannon to the hospital, but he did say that he's worn out.

Cannon, 34, assured fans that everything is OK: "Dont worry, Temporary pit stop... Sometimes I can be a little too bull headed and stubborn. I gotta stop running my body to the ground. I be wanting to grind nonstop but the engine can't run on fumes. On the low though, I really think I'm a super hero... Now I'm not saying I'm Batman, but I am saying nobody has ever seen me and Batman in the same room together. LOL #ImGood"

To say Cannon is one of the busiest guys in the entertainment business is an understatement. On top of hosting "America's Got Talent," the all-around entertainer is busy producing shows for Nickelodeon and Oxygen, writing children's books and making music.

In 2012, Cannon was hospitalized with what he described as "mild kidney failure." After that, he announced he would be scaling back some of his projects.
