New Fergie woes a blessing in disguise?

Britain's Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, is in the middle of a new firestorm.

She's been threatened with prison time in Turkey for her role in a 2008 undercover documentary exposing conditions in an orphanage for hundreds of mentally ill children.

CBS News correspondent Charlie D'Agata says the British government confirms that Turkish authorities have asked for assistance in the case against Ferguson.

However, the offense she's accused of isn't a crime in Britain and it's unlikely the duchess will be extradited or prosecuted.

D'Agata says this is hardly the first time Ferguson has been in water - and the developments may actually boost her standing in the eyes of her fellow Britons. To see his full report, click on the video above.
