N.C. man breaks into homes to give women unwanted back rubs, police say

(CBS/AP) BOONE, N.C. - A Boone, N.C. man was arrested after allegedly breaking into homes and giving women unwanted back rubs.

Police say a woman reported that a man broke into her apartment Aug. 15 and tried to give her a back rub while she was in bed.

Twenty-nine-year-old Julio Antonio Yanez is charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering and misdemeanor assault on a female.

Yanez was also charged in two similar incidents last month.

He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. It was not clear if he has an attorney.
