Evans pleaded guilty Friday to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, reports E! News.

Evans was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation and has to complete 24 hours of community service within 60 days, in addition to paying court fees. The other charges against Evans, which included breaking and entering and possession of marijuana, were dismissed as a part of the plea agreement, reports E!.

The case stems from her arrest last October when she and her boyfriend Keiffer Delp allegedly broke into a house on Oak Island, N.C., reports E! News.

The 19-year-old is also facing two misdemeanor assault charges after a videotape of her allegedly fighting another girl caught the eye of the police.

The court hearing in that case is set for April 26.
