(CBS) - Jenelle Evans, a reality star on MTV's series "Teen Mom 2," fought with another woman in North Carolina while her friends cheered her on - and the videotape of the fight, released online, caught the eye of the Brunswick County District Attorney's Office, which has now charged three people involved in the incident.

Evans, Britany Truett and Brittany Maggard have been charged with disorderly conduct by fighting in a public space, a misdemeanor, according to TMZ.

Truett bore the brunt of most of Evans' punches, while she tried to fight back, and Maggard allegedly pushed Evans into Truett.

If convicted, all three could face a maximum of 60 days in jail, TMZ reports.

The District Attorney's office started investigating the incident after video footage of the fight was posted online.

Evans, 19, mother of 1-year-old Jace, found reality fame on MTV's "Sixteen and Pregnant" and now on "Teen Mom 2."

Evans is no stranger to legal trouble. She has been charged with drug possession, and on March 7, 2011 she appeared in court to answer to charges of breaking and entering, injury to real and personal property, second degree trespass and harassment. That case has been continued until April 29.
