(CBS) - Stop what you're doing and watch this right now! No, you can't finish up that performance report and then watch it, you really need to check this out immediately. Sometimes you just come across a video that blows you away and really makes your day. This is one of those videos.

The incredible Vimeo video entitled "Move" was created by Rick Mereki, Tim White and Andrew Lees who write about it:

3 guys, 44 days, 11 countries, 18 flights, 38 thousand miles, an exploding volcano, 2 cameras and almost a terabyte of footage... all to turn 3 ambitious linear concepts based on movement, learning and food ....into 3 beautiful and hopefully compelling short films.....
