More Late Nights For Jimmy Fallon?
"Saturday Night Live" alum Jimmy Fallon is reportedly considering a return to late night TV.
Broadcasting & Cable reports that Fallon, who used to occupy the "Weekend Update" chair on "SNL," is in talks with NBC to replace Conan O'Brien in 2009. O'Brien was previously announced as Jay Leno's successor on NBC's "Tonight Show."
Sources tell the publication that Fallon is close to a new overall developmental deal with NBC, and one possibility under consideration could see the network developing Fallon as a replacement.

The publication said NBC executives would not discuss details regarding Fallon, but did acknowledge the negotiations for a holding deal with the actor.
A spokesman for "Late Night With Conan O'Brien" told The ShowBuzz Friday that there is no official comment.
Fallon, who has starred in several movies since leaving "SNL" in 2004, has late-night talk experience under his belt. In 2003, he was a guest host on the "The Late Show With David Letterman."
