Moms Dropping Weight the Bethenny Frankel Way?

(CBS) Dropping the pounds after pregnancy is often a priority for both celeb and regular moms. So could regular moms take a cue from Bravo star Bethenny Frankel?

Frankel, of "The Real Housewives of New York City" fame, was spotted with daughter Bryn at the chic family membership club Citibabes in New York's Soho neighborhood Monday.

According to Hollybaby.com, a witness said Bethenny brought her Bravo camera crew along for a class called "Baby Movers," a music and dance class specifically designed for moms and their babies.

Classes like these seem to be catching on, with prenatal and post-natal options offered at many specialized gyms and recreation facilities. Could this be the start of a Bethenny Frankel effect?
