Miranda Lambert to produce NBC show inspired by her childhood

(CBS News) Miranda Lambert is bringing her life to TV.

The country music star is producing a light drama for NBC based on her experience growing up, according to reports.

The show centers on a couple who run a detective agency while also trying to raise two teenagers, Deadline reports.

Lambert and her younger brother's parents were both private investigators in Texas. The two will serve as consultants for the show.

Lambert joins her husband Blake Shelton on the network's roster. Shelton is a judge on reality competition show "The Voice."
