Mariah Carey hopes Nick Cannon will be out of the hospital in 2 days

(CBS) Mariah Carey tweeted another photo of herself by her husband Nick Cannon's side at the hospital he was transferred to in Los Angeles after suffering "minor kidney failure" while in Aspen with Carey and their twins.

Nick Cannon says he is "getting back to business"

"Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days," the singer tweeted Friday. "As always he's laughing and in good spirits."

On Wednesday, Cannon was hospitalized in Aspen, where he and Carey took their twins to for the holidays. Carey broke the news on Twitter about his hospitalization, saying her husband was in a lot of pain.

In the latest picture, the couple is surrounded by balloons in his hospital as she kisses his cheek, with the tweet accompanying the photo saying, "Thank you for all the love & concern."

Earlier today, Cannon tweeted that he was "getting back to business," with a photo of him getting his hair cut in the hospital.
