DENTON, Texas - An elderly couple was found dead in their home on Sunday afternoon and now a man who knew them is charged with two counts of capital murder, reports CBS Dallas.

Responding to a 911 call about a domestic disturbance, police officers were sent to the home in Denton on Sunday afternoon. When officers went inside the house they found the man and woman, both in their 60s.

Police spokesman Orlando Hinojosa says Stephen Scott was charged Sunday night with the deaths. Names of the victims, circumstances of their deaths and details on how the Denton man was linked to the crime have not yet been released.
