Man arrested at Calif. coffee shop for "indecent exposure"; might not be the first time

(CBS) DAVIS, Calif. - A 43-year-old man was arrested at the Common Ground coffee shop in Davis on Sunday for indecent exposure, and may have also exposed himself at the business in August, CBS Sacramento reports.

At 3:15 p.m., police received a call from employees at the shop who reported that a man who was wanted for exposing himself at the business on August 13 had returned. 

Vladmir Vecherkovskiy of Sacramento was allegedly found masturbating when police arrived and took him into custody.

Police are still trying to confirm whether or not Vecherkovskiy is the suspect from the earlier incident, who was described as being in his 50s, with a European accent.
