Madeleine Albright graces Wheaties cereal box

Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright hasn't won any Super Bowls or Olympic gold medals. But she did help bring peace to the Balkans as the top U.S. diplomat, among other accomplishments, and that counts for something, right?

General Mills thinks so.

On Thursday, Albright tweeted a picture of herself on a box of Wheaties cereal, thanking General Mills, the company behind the cereal, for the honor.

Though Wheaties cereal boxes typically depict famous athletes, the Wheaties website clarifies a champion is "no longer solely the megastar athlete; it is also any person who looks inside and challenges their personal best."

The honor puts Albright in some pretty rarified company: sports greats Michael Jordan, Dale Earnhardt, Muhammad Ali, and Michael Phelps have all graced a Wheaties box.
