Lynsey Kurek Missing: Search for Chicago girl, 15, missing since Halloween

(CBS/WBBM) CHICAGO - Police are searching for a 15-year-old Chicago girl who was last seen on Halloween morning.

According to CBS Chicago, Lynsey Kurek disappeared outside Kennedy High School at West 56th Street on Wednesday, Oct. 31.

Authorities say she has limited mobility on her left side and walks with a limp, CBS Chicago reports.

She is described as a white female who is five-feet, one-inch tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has blue eyes, red hair and a light complexion.

According to the Chicago Tribune, anyone with information in the case is asked to notify police at (312) 747-8380.
