(CBS/AP) MONROEVILLE, Pa. - A woman accused of starting a fight at the Chuck E. Cheese in Monroeville will stand trial, reports CBS Pittsburgh.

Lynaa Dobbins, 21, is accused of attacking two women at a birthday party on July 7.

"You bring children to a place where the parents are watching them and there's alcohol involved and it's just a bad, bad scene," Giuseppe Rosselli, a defense attorney, said.

"Something bad happened that day. I'm not going to comment on whether my client is culpable in any way, but something bad happened and it shouldn't be around children."

Police say Dobbins showed up at the birthday party and went after several of the guests. Police say she hit one woman with a brick in the head and stabbed another woman with a knife behind her ear.

Dobbins' father tells a different story.

"She has a child and she's always been a good parent," he told the station. "And she's right now being treated wrong."

Dobbins' attorney just wants his client out of jail. He says she has a very young baby at home and a lot of thinking to do.

"I'm not going to defend her decision-making, but I will defend her criminal liability in terms of what they're alleging and the facts that I'm privy to at this point, I think there's a valid defense and that'll be developed at trial."

Dobbins' bail was reduced from $100,000 to $25,000. Her family says they will be able to get her out of jail either Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
