Lose Weight with Fast Food
Think all fast food is unhealthy?
Think again.
Frances Largeman-Roth, senior food and nutrition editor of Health magazine, pointed out on "The Early Show" Wednesday that there are healthy fast food choices people can enjoy -- and even lose weight with!
Health magazine created a 1,350 calorie-a-day, mix-and-match weight loss plan using healthy choices you can pick up at the drive-through (and a few you can zap in the microwave at home). Choose one item from each list each day, and enjoy it with water, seltzer, or another super-light drink, such as black coffee, and you won't have to count a single calorie!
