Loincloth-clad man surprises Hillary Clinton

A man in a loin cloth carrying a torch ran behind a photo op Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Hong Kong's chief executive, Donald Tsang, were posing for at this past weekend's economic summit in Hawaii.

After shaking hands with the executive, Clinton noticed the man run behind them. She turned toward the camera and let out a laugh and clapped her hands together.

She then said to the photographers, "Great. I hope you all captured that."

Clinton and Tsang met at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Hawaii.
