Lohan Rings In 21st Birthday In Malibu
Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 21st birthday on Monday at a Malibu residence with family and friends, People magazine reports. The actress rang in the milestone birthday with her mother, brother, sister and onetime flame Calum Best, the magazine reports.
Lohan is currently checked into an extended care program in rehab following her arrest in May on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
She later admitted herself to the the Promises facility at Malibu in California, where Britney Spears once received treatment. The actress had planned to ring in the birthday with a party in Las Vegas; however, it was later cancelled.
Police said a "useable" amount of a substance thought to be cocaine was found in the actresses car when she was arrested. She's due in court in August.

In December 2006, Lohan said that she had been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. Her frequent partying has been a fixture in tabloids.
This time last year, Morgan Creek Productions chief executive James G. Robinson sent a letter to the actress scolding her for arriving late on set of the film "Georgia Rule," also starring Jane Fonda and Felcity Huffman. He suggested "heavy partying" was the reason for her behavior.
