(CBS/AP) Lindsay Lohan heads to court again on Wednesday in Los Angeles after failing to finish her community service duties at a women's shelter.

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lohan's probation at a hearing nearly two weeks ago and now she's expected to determine the terms of Lohan's sentence at today's hearing, which starts at 10 a.m. PT.

A source close to the situation told the New York Daily News that Lohan is "getting jail time." TMZ.com reported that Lohan will concede that she violated her probation.

The judge has asked prosecutors to calculate how long of a jail term the actress would have to serve if she is formally found in violation of her probation for misdemeanor drunken driving and theft cases.

Lohan was fired from the shelter program after failing to show up nine times at the center. She told her probation officer the assignment was not fulfilling, according to the actress' probation report.

Sautner, who is the fifth judge that Lohan has faced since her first arrest in 2007, has expressed exasperation with the actress and California's budget-strapped jail system.

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is advocating jail time for the actress, however spokesman Frank Mateljan declined to say Tuesday what sentence a prosecutor would seek.

Saunter has ordered Lohan, 25, to the Los Angeles morgue for community service, but the actress was 40 minutes late on her first day.

As for Lohan, she made an online appearance last weekend, showing off her brand new smile. After getting dental work done, the actress posted a photo to her WhoSay page, accompanied by a thank you note to her dentist: "Thanks Dr. Dorfman for the zoom... My gums are so sore though!" This came after some unflattering photos of the troubled star surfaced online.
