LOS ANGELES (CBS/AP) Lindsay Lohan has some new jewelry to add to her swollen closet of bling - but it probably isn't the kind she prefers.

A Los Angeles judge ordered the troubled starlet to wear an ankle monitoring bracelet in addition to attending alcohol education classes once a week, and submitting to random drug testing once a week at an undisclosed location.

The judge also set a probation violation hearing for July 6, to address Lohan's failure to appear last week for a mandatory hearing intended as a progress report on Lohan's ongoing probation, stemming from two DUI arrests in 2007.

Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued a warrant for Lohan's arrest Thursday May 20, after she didn't show in court and was apparently photographed partying in Cannes. Lohan's lawyer said today that the paparazzi darling intended to fly back in time for the hearing but her passport was stolen and she was unable to get a temporary passport in time.

Revel said there was probable cause to believe Lohan had violated the terms of her probation by missing previous alcohol education classes.

Lohan avoided arrest by posting $100,000 bail and agreeing to comply with the judge's new, stricter probation parameters.

The court also stipulated that she be fitted with her new GPS-bling bracelet within 24 hours.
