(CBS) Earlier this month Lindsay Lohan appeared in court and rejected a plea deal in the felony grand theft case in which she's accused of stealing a $2500 necklace.

At the March 10 hearing, Judge Keith Schwartz said Lohan had until March 25 to plead guilty or no contest to the charges against her. TMZ reports Lohan is moving ahead to trial.

In other words, her plea is "Not guilty." Lohan is set to appear in court on April 22 before Judge Stephanie Sautner.

According to TMZ, Lohan could end up in both jail and prison (there's a difference). If Sautner decides Lohan violated her parole, she could spend time in jail. If Lohan's convicted of grand theft, she could go to prison.

The plea deal Lohan rejected at the March 10 hearing had six months of county jail time attached to it.

In other Lohan news, Michael Lohan, Lindsay's father, was arrested earlier in the week on domestic violence charges.
