According to RadarOnline, Lohan was arrested in connection with three felony domestic violence charges. The charges are inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, preventing the report of victimization and false imprisonment, according to the report.

The police report states Lohan's girlfriend, who is not identified, reported an incident of domestic violence. "The suspect [Lohan] was arrested near West Hollywood Sheriff Station when deputy personnel saw him walking in the 8800 block of Santa Monica Boulevard," according to a Sheriff's Department press release.

According to RadarOnline, Lohan will be treated at a hospital and on his release he will be returned to the Sheriff station and his booking will be completed.

The victim refused medical attention and Lohan's bail will be set at $200,000, according to RadarOnline.

Lindsay Lohan has been in the news recently because she's been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace. She pleaded not guilty to the felony charge on Feb. 9 and rejected a plea deal during a March 10 court appearance.
