Lindsay Lohan Faces Possible Probation Violation
NEW YORK (CBS) Lindsay Lohan may be out of rehab - but the drama isn't over for her yet.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department said the actress violated her probation when she allegedly fought with a then-staff member at the Betty Ford Center while she was spending a court-ordered three months there for substance abuse rehab.

CNN reports that authorities plan to send the results of their investigation to the district attorney's office to determine whether she should face battery charges - even though the former staffer, Dawn Holland, has said she will no longer cooperate with the investigation and does not want charges filed, the department said Monday.
"It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the district attorney's office later this week," the sheriff's office added, according to the report.
The Betty Ford Center fired Holland after information about the Dec. 12 incident was leaked to the media.
When the 24-year-old actually left the Betty Ford Center is also up for debate. While multiple media outlets reported that Lohan was discharged from the Betty Ford Center on Monday, another report states that she stayed behind that day to take sobriety classes.
TMZ.com says that the actress was in a sobriety class at the center on Monday afternoon. Sources close to the actress told the website that Lohan was considering staying all week to take additional classes, but is now planning to leave early Tuesday and head back to the Los Angeles area.
However, Lohan's mother, Dina, confirmed to E! News on Monday that her daughter was released from the Betty Ford Center on Monday, telling the website, "It's a great day." A source also confirmed to People magazine that the 24-year-old was discharged from the facility.
Lohan also seems to be heading to a new home. People reports that moving trucks at Lohan's West Hollywood, Calif., apartment were seen unloading boxes at a new four-bedroom house in Venice (TMZ has photos), a few doors down from her ex, Samantha Ronson.
For now, she will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing and sessions with her psychiatrist. She is due back in court for a progress hearing next month.
