Flyers said they received a fax copy of the signed forms Wednesday night and expect to receive the originals today.

The Flyers plan to forward the contract to the NHL's central registry, enabling Lindros to be removed from a list of restricted free agents.

Several revisions to the deal's wording had kept both the Flyers and Lindros from signing. If no contract had been signed by the time the free-agent signing period begins July 1, another team could have pounced on the technicality and made an offer to Lindros.
