Libya rebels parade Qaddafi's captured golf cart

(CBS) - Sporadic fighting continues in the Libyan capital of Tripoli, and so do the celebrations. Having captured Muammar Qaddafi's private compound and seized control of most of the city, Libyan rebels are parading the spoils of their victory.

One of the biggest symbols to make it out of the troubled country: Qaddafi's golf cart. Yes, the Libyan dictator took to riding in style in his later years, and now one of the more prominent symbols of his power is in rebel hands.

Qaddafi's many hideouts help him elude capture

The streets of the city are scattered with debris, broken glass, garbage and other remnants of fighting, while rebels man checkpoints every few hundred yards. The situation is still very much in turmoil. But there is obvious reason for the rebels to cheer when one of Qaddafi's personal possessions is in their hands.
