Larry Craig Files Appeal In Mens' Room Sex Sting
Sen. Larry Craig (R-Idaho), who achieved national infamy thanks to his "wide stance" hijinks, is asking the Minnesota Court of Appeals to reverse a lower court ruling and let him withdraw his guilty plea after being arrested in an airport bathroom sex sting.
According to the Associated Press, Craig's lawyers on Tuesday "asked the appellate judges to reverse the trial court's decision to let stand Craig's guilty plea to a disorderly conduct charge. They also asked the court to vacate his plea."
