Kelly Osbourne gets all-clear to return to work

Kelly Osbourne is getting back to work.

The "Fashion Police" co-host sent an update to her Twitter followers letting them know the good news:

Osbourne was hospitalized on March 7 after suffering a seizure on the set of the E! series. She was released five days later with a "clean bill of health," her rep told E! News in a statement.

"Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results," Osbourne's rep added.
