Keith Urban to return to the stage after throat surgery
(CBS/AP) Keith Urban is set to return to the stage for the first time on Feb. 3 in Tennessee, following his vocal surgery late last year.
The country singer had a polyp removed from a vocal cord at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and has been on vocal rest since, forcing him to postpone his "All For The Hall" benefit concert for the Country Music Hall of Fame that was originally scheduled for Jan. 18. He rescheduled most of 2011 concert tour for later this year.
The 44-year-old Aussie's appearance at The Ryman Auditorium next month in Nashville will be his first public performance since he recorded a song for the "CMA Country Christmas" television special in mid-November.
The Grand Ole Opry also announced that Urban will perform in March.
