Julianne Moore dazzles in Elizabeth Taylor's necklace
Julianne Moore stepped out Tuesday in a dazzling piece of jewelry that once belonged to another Hollywood star -- Elizabeth Taylor.
The actress attended an event celebrating Bulgari's new exhibition of Taylor's famed jewelry wearing a diamond-and-emerald necklace given to the "Cleopatra" star by Richard Burton.
The brand is displaying the eight pieces of Taylor's Bulgari jewelry that it acquired during her Christie's auction in 2011, People reports.
Moore is said to be the first person to wear the necklace (which sold for $6.1 million at the auction) since Taylor herself. She wore it with a coral-colored Alexander McQueen dress.
Other stars who attended Tuesday's event included Drew Barrymore, Naomi Watts, Kate Walsh, Marisa Tomei and Kristen Dunst.
The Taylor exhibit will be on display at Bulgari's Beverly Hills flagship through March 10.
