Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich are engaged
Julianne Hough and Washington Capitals hockey player Brooks Laich are engaged, and they want the world to know.
The "Dancing With the Stars" judge shared a photo on Instagram in which she is in Laich's arms, with her legs wrapped around his torso. Her hand is waved front and center to show off that she is a bride-to-be.
Hough wrote, "We are overwhelmed with joy and excitement to share with you our recent engagement! #fiancé #love," in the photo caption.
Hough, 27, has been with Laich, 32, since February 2014. Last year, Hough told Redbook of her beau, "We've been open and honest from day one."
Hough famously dated Ryan Seacrest from 2010 to 2013. She said of her time with Seacrest, "Every relationship, there was nothing wrong or bad, but there was nothing right. I had one foot out because I didn't want to get hurt."
