(CBS/AP) ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The Mindy McCready saga continues. In the latest development, a Florida judge says the country singer has violated a custody order and wants her 5-year-old son, Zander, back in the state.

The mother was awarded guardianship in 2007. But the issue came to a head this week when the Florida Department of Children and Families said a missing person police report was filed after McCready took Zander from her father's home.
McCready, 36, says she's in Tennessee and will probably not be able to bring her son back to Florida. She says she cannot travel because she's nearly seven months pregnant with twins. By not returning, McCready risks arrest.
According to the New York Daily News, McCready revealed that the father of her unborn twins is music producer David Wilson, her boyfriend of two years.
The troubled singer says she just wants to be left alone during the last few months of her pregnancy. "She and the father have been enjoying the pregnancy out of the spotlight," her rep told People. "Although they are excited about the baby news, they would like to [keep it] private at this time as much as they can."
