A Los Angeles woman has filed a lawsuit against the Jonas Brothers, claiming she was injured at a free concert at The Grove in Los Angeles nearly three years ago.

In the suit, obtained by TMZ, Ashleigh Johnson says she was pushed by the crowd into a guard fence in May 2010, leaving her with serious emotional and physical injuries. She claims she was "agonizingly crushed" into a fence.

According to E! News, she's asking for unspecified damages from the trio and Caruso Management Co., which runs The Grove shopping mall.

Johnson alleges that both parties were aware of how many fans, including minors, would be attending the free show; she argues that they should have done a better job handling security.

Jonas Brothers have not yet commented on the suit.

The boy band, meanwhile, will kick off a South American tour in February.
